We used to love buisness coming to ny , to give jobs and keep taxes lower ( because they paid large amount) now- reversal we give them 10 yr tax free ! SOOO, BASICALLY NY ADMITS OUR TAXES ARE WAY TO HIGH , to a tract buisness!!
