VDOT has royally screwed up our neighborhood roads (tar & chip CRAP that has chipped my cars paint) and now Kentucky Springs Road - with horrible patch job about 1/2 miles from Food Lion that chipped both front rims - even though I was only going 35MPH in a 50-zone. VDOT is AWFUL!
