Start suing the parents… they know exactly the monster they let run wild. One warning & one alone, the next time call the cops and have them arrested. No change sue the parents for ever last copper they have…. bet they will train up their kids right!

They should be held accountable all bullies, but the sad reality is nothing is being done. This is what cause a lot of school shootings/ young kid’s suicide and a whole lot of other things. When this happens they want to act all surprised when they knew from the beginning of the bullying. Until the department of education & congress, parents of the one that doing the bullying do something this will continue. Their victims and their families will start handing it for themselves, which will be a sad day cause these bullies will cause more harm, and will get off, their victims will turn out be in the wrong. What a sick society we are living in
