If you listened intently it’s not off the table. Just the vote of the compensation committee was invalid because there is 7 on it and only 4 were at the meeting so a vote should not have been taken. It was 3-1 in favor and MrJackson said no. But they need 4 votes. So they will reconvene and Moss will lie some more and get his raise. And let’s be clear the assistant administrator is on this board so many knew what the commissioners wanted on that panel.
