Good it’s not their property and they are not paying the taxes that the state keeps raising.

The no cause evictions and none lease renewal will increase the disabled population into the unhoused possible pushing VT into the number one place nationwide for the most unhoused population in America due to increase in taxes. Landlords are in a business to protect their investments and the government landlords should already be aware of that. The legislation needs to do a better job at reforming laws and advocates need to push for a change as this law places tenants into duress especially those already in vulnerable populations.
