Studies have shown that school uniforms can lead to improved academic performance. When students are dressed in the same clothing, it reduces the pressure to conform to fashion trends and can help them focus on their studies. It can also improve their sense of belonging and create a more positive school environment. It all depends on the purpose behind this. Culture may say that uniforms don't allow children to express themselves... well, maybe their voice and ideas should be expressed in other ways them clothing. Many kids around 15 and 16 years old will soon go to the marketplace to find a job where uniforms are required. My understanding is that schools should be educating and preparing children for future academic growth with a sense of professionalism. I don't see the point of being able to dress up for school helping that happen. My opinion. Not to be debating. I'm just expressing my opinion!
