    Carmel Honors Former Mayor Jane with Courtyard Dedication

    CARMEL, Ind. — The dedication of Mayor Jane's Courtyard is set to take place on Friday, May 24 at 4 p.m. at Mélange, situated at Veterans Way and Monon Green Boulevard.

    Among the distinguished guests scheduled to attend are Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam, former Mayor Jane Reiman, David Leazenby, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Onyx + East, and Henry Mestetsky, Director of the Carmel Redevelopment Commission.

    The courtyard at Mélange is to be dedicated to former City of Carmel Mayor, Jane Reiman, who served two four-year terms beginning in 1980. One of her notable achievements during her tenure was the transformation of U.S. 31 into a "corporate corridor," aimed at attracting significant employers to the area.

    The City of Carmel, located in Central Indiana, is recognized as one of the most livable mid-size cities in the United States. Renowned for its innovative urban design, Carmel has received numerous accolades for its community amenities, quality of life, business environment, and exceptional schools.
