Neither are Gainesville, Texas. They decided that people can be alerted by their cell phones, but when people are in bed ,they don't realize we don't have our cell phones turned up. I think they need to have the siren active. That's my opinion. I think it's safer for people because not all people have cell phones or cable TV.
