poor things are hungry or maybe looking for water, maybe their young ones just first out on their own just exploring new places they cant stay with the mom after a certain time so they need to move on ... im all speculation but any of it could be true we just don't know.. but I do say don't kill them just capture them and take them back up the hill where they belong safe and sound...
