It's not even really the speeding. It's just there are so many crazy drivers out there that shouldn't even be driving a vehicle. I drive down the street to go to the store and it's like playing dodgeball. There is no police to enforce the recklessness that I encounter every day. Never in my life until the last four years I encountered almost getting into an accident every day at least three times a day due to somebody who doesn't know how to drive or who is speeding or who cuts me off blows a stop, sign blows, a red light and so on and so forth Driving in my lane, almost hitting me head on and this is all just the past month. And it's who has to move out of the way or break because this person almost killed me?!! if people don't have a license or insurance, they need to be off the road! People are driving and their motor vehicles and somebody is going to get hurt

Where the hell were they on Thursday when a guy passed me in the breakdown lane in bumper to bumper traffic on I-95 South???????
