I think it's patently unfair for the author to essentially compare the effectiveness of black politicians delivering services to black citizens, with white politicians delivering services to white citizens. Well, first things first. I'm a child of the 60s, when we were fighting for the vote (still am), but today, younger blacks don't. We make up just 13% of the total population, and even where we are the majority, you ain't passing laws or getting shyt done without the input of some (i.e., white people). Where the hell you think we are, Wakanda?🤔
