this is such a hard decision to make... I usually have an unpopular opinion but the homeless have no where to go during the day and honestly they are just seeking shelter from the heat. I can see how it would make people feel nervous, but I also have experienced homelessness pregnant and with kids due to hardships in life... not everyone is dangerous, but I do understand having to be cautious. I pray Tupelo finds a way to help this issue... maybe giving a lot of them a chance at a job or something... I don't know really but there's got to be something positive we can make out of this. Come on Tupelo, we owe it to the community to think of a better way to help them from the extreme weather and also help them stop loitering.
