What is the problem with the new city council going through a training time to learn how a city council works. The new city council members have no clue. (they are fish out of water). Don't you people have time for what I call schooling for the learning of what your there to do? You only want to put the work in the arguing not outcome. If you can't you should leave your seats on the council. Be adults about this and as citizens of Carthage we expect our council to act like Adults and do your job the right way. As of right now nothing is getting done. Can the citizens of Carthage file a petition with enough signatures to have the council ousted and new members voted in? Nothing is getting done anyway.
