She thinks 10 million dollars is going to do anything, after all the Trillions of dollars that her buddy Biden has given to Ukraine. To beat all , Ukraine doesn't even need our money that Biden has given them along with the Military Equipment of ours. Zulensky is busy partying with that money at their nightclubs. Zulensky has been lying to Biden or us, and Biden is splitting the money with Zulensky and continuing to lie to us.
