Your not doing the poor animals right by putting the shelter in a place no one will go to..might as well make them invisible..find another place..who says u have to build right now..oh unless someone’s pockets are getting lined.😐

Police Jury you are ignorant to put the shelter in the worst part of Monroe. Someone must be getting paid off. Aren’t you worried about the safety? I guess not. I donate to the shelter and you think I will go to that area? Not a chance. Which police jury nominated for that areas? I want all to see that they have no concern for the safety of the workers nor the people visiting the shelter. I pray you will NOT DO THIS HORRIBLE MOVE!!!
