    Ingredients:

    • 3 cups of dry pancake mix
    • 2-1/4 cups of whole milk
    • Butter for greasing your bread pan

    Instructions:

    In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of dry powdered pancake mix and 2-1/4 cups of whole milk. Stir the ingredients together with a wooden spoon or spatula until well incorporated. The dough should be wet.

    Grease a bread pan (I used an 8.27 x 4.72 x 4.33 Pullman bread pan).

    Transfer the dough to the prepared bread pan and place it in a 375-degree oven. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.

    Remove the loaf from the bread pan and place it on a wire cooling rack. Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
