horrible, pass laws for animal cruelty throughout the States. Prison for hoarders, cruelty, unhealthy living in filth. Thank you rescuers.

people like this need to be in cages, not fed, not watered, and they should lay in their own filth. just like those animals they were cruel to. you read mistreated. that word doesn't even come close to what those animals lived through.if
