I find the comment in this article very interesting!!!! go online and report your issue!!! ok, how are,they going to report an issue when they don't have internet service and land lines don't work?? yah, I'm sorta old fashion, in that I believe we all should still have landline service. but some people can't afford a cell phone. I get that. just my opinion.
