A Latin American eatery in Sandy Springs has been sold.

Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group facilitated the transaction of Mojave . The restaurant serves a fusion of Latin American cuisine and handcrafted cocktails. The menu includes a variety of tacos and tamales, enchiladas, seafood and more.

The approximately 6,000-square-foot restaurant has indoor seating for more than 100 people. It also features a full bar and an outdoor patio.

The buyers are Lana Yakovleva and Rainer Shaw . Shaw was previously the regional director of operations at Le Bilboquet Atlanta , a French bistro and bar in Buckhead. He was also the vice president of operations for Brewed to Serve Restaurant Group, Inc. He is now the area director for AG Entertainment , overseeing several nightlife concepts, and the owner of Rising Sun Concepts .
