the turn over of staff due to poor pay and physically demanding work is real. this work needs to be a labor of love at this point and quite frankly it is a job thst many people do not care to do. NH needs better funds from state...as this type of work is considered low level knowledge. the things we care about MOST, our kids and our aging parents and it is something we should pay the most for, not some sporting or music event...kinda got our priorities mix3d up :-(

so a new residence for homeless? with a kitchen staff maintenance crews- indoor and outside.Train and hire from homeless with a rental agreement.Pay scale and separate books for rent.
