    The students will be whining about housing costs and utility bills when they have to pay. Those costs along all the other higher costs of living will keep them home living off their parents.

    Hmm , sure gets cold in winter when electric lines are down. How many storms have knocked natural gas off? If you have ng you can also use the stove, if you get the right appliances you should be able to live reasonably comfortable while everyone else is freezing and hoping the pipes don't burst and flood them out. Besides , climate change is called seasons and cycles.
