Are we really surprised? I spent a night in the psych ward at YNHH and.. although they say they take your phone for your safety ... after the night I really felt like they take your phone so you don't have evidence of how you are really being treated, not to mention it was disgusting back there ... I've volunteered with YNHH in the past so I KNOW that things weren't being done right . We need nurses and doctors who REALLY CARE.
