More money for the corrupt dhhr and cps ya gotta be kidding me! They need over a half a million to do substance abuse research, they aren't even certified to do the job they're doing, let alone pharmacology and toxicology and counciling among other things. Talk about they're stretched thin as it is, then you put more on their plate. How f**king stupid.
