    Schools seek information on children with disabilities

    In accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Andalusia City Schools, Covington County Schools, and Opp City Schools announce ongoing Child Find activities to locate, identify and evaluate children with disabilities from birth to 21 years of age.

    The systems are requesting information regarding anyone from ages birth to 21 with a disability or suspected disability that is not presently enrolled in a public school program, to contact the appropriate person as indicated below.

    Ages 3-5 residing within the Andalusia City School District: Alexa Padgett at 222-3186

    Ages 6-21 residing within the Andalusia City School District: Lindsey Cross at 222-3186

    Residing within the Covington County School District: Kelly McCollough at 427-3819

    Residing within the Opp City School District: Samantha Russell 493-3173
