    Lake Mills High School Class of 2024 scholarship winners

    LAKE MILLS - In honor of Lake Mills High School’s Class of 2024 graduation this weekend, the district has shared senior scholarship winners, their respective awards and amounts, along with each student’s college and major.

    Karyn Boschke was awarded the Warren C. Krueger Technical College Scholarship of $2,500 and the FFA Alumni Scholarship of $1,000, to attend Madison College for Culinary Arts.

    Aowyn Boswell was awarded the Marjorie M. Bradt Scholarship of $1,500, to attend Madison College for Culinary Arts.

    Ashley Brandel was awarded the Watertown Agri-Business Club Scholarship of $3,000, the Kasten Family Agriculture Scholarship of $2,500, the William Klecker Scholarship of $2,000, the Doris Morris Memorial Scholarship of $2,000, the Insight FS Scholarship of $1,500, the 2019 Jefferson County WI Farm Technology Days Scholarship of $1,200, the Wisconsin Milking Shorthorn Breeders Association award of $1,000, the United Cooperative Scholarship of $1,000, the Dairy Farmers of America Scholarship of $1,000, the Scott Skalitzsky Memorial Scholarship of $1,000, the FFA Alumni Scholarship of $1,000, the Brian Krull Scholarship of $1,000, the TransOva Genetics Scholarship of $1,000, the Jefferson County Agri-Business Scholarship of $500, the Marvin Maasch Scholarship of $100, the Farm Bureau Scholarship of $750 and the Lake Mills Moravian Church Scholarship. She will attend UW-Platteville for Dairy Science.

    Ayla Buth was awarded the Carol F. "Bugs" Sanft Memorial Scholarship of $800, to attend UW-Eau Claire for Nursing.

    Sydney Burling was awarded the FFA Alumni Scholarship of $1,000 and the Sons of the American Legion Post 67 Scholarship of $750, to attend UW-La Crosse for Marketing.

    Kathryn Czerniak was awarded the 2024 Badgerland Girl Scout Scholarship of $1,000, to attend UW-Eau Claire for S.T.E.M.

    Madison Dable was awarded the Lake Mills Light and Water Scholarship of $1,000, to attend St. Norbert for Criminal Justice.

    Hunter Davies was awarded the Lake Mills Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,000, to attend UW-Madison for Political Science.

    Hallie Egelseer was awarded the UW-Madison Kemper K. Scholarship of $8,000, a National Merit Scholarship of $2,500, the LKQ Joseph M. Holsten Scholarship of $2,500 and the Nelson H. Falk Scholarship of $1,500 to attend UW Madison for Economics.

    Jamielynn Fernandez was awarded the Joshua J. Moehrke Memorial Scholarship of $3,000 and the Lake Mills Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,000, to attend Blackhawk Technical College for Dental Hygiene.

    Kate FitzGibbon was awarded the Francis F. Carnes Scholarship of $3,000 and the Tammy Hafenstein Scholarship of $500, to attend UW-Madison for History.

    Norah FitzGibbon was awarded the Francis F. Carnes Scholarship of $3,000, the Sons of the Amercian Legion Post 67 Scholarship of $750 and the Lions Club Scholarship of $500 to attend the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for Sociology.

    Silas Frandy was awarded the Clinton B. Setz Memorial Scholarship of $1,000 and the Lake Mills Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,000 to attend the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for Public Health.

    Kate Gero was awarded the Mari E. Nahn Memorial Scholarship of $1,500, a UW-Milwaukee Merit Scholarship of $1,000 and a UW-Milwaukee Black and Gold Scholarship of $500 to attend UW-Milwaukee for Communicative Sciences and Disorders.

    Dani Giombetti was awarded the Schuster's Farm Scholarship of $500 to attend the University of Alabama for Criminology.

    Faith Godsey was awarded the Ferguson Family Scholarship of $10,000 and the Joseph E. Davies Scholarship of $5,000 to attend UW-Madison for Accounting.

    Jeanne Green was awarded the Lake Mills Moravian Church Scholarship to attend Waukesha County Technical College for Nursing.

    Emily Grimes was awarded the Marquette University Pere Marquette Scholarships of $29,500 per year, the Marquette University Magis Campus Resident Scholarship of $1,500 per year and the Marquette University Ignatian Distinction Scholarship of $1,500 per year to attend Marquette University for Marketing.

    Natalie Grulke was awarded the UW-La Crosse Merit Scholarship of $2,000, the Eric Shaffer Memorial Scholarship of $1,500 and the Fort Memorial Hospital Foundation Hulstein Scholarship of $1,000 to attend UW-La Crosse for Radiation Therapy.

    Sophia Guerrero was awarded the Clara E. Hein Memorial Scholarship of $5,000, the William P. Schmeisser Memorial Scholarship of $5,000 and the Lake Mills Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,500 to attend Edgewood College for History.

    Jocelyn Hack was awarded the American Legion Post 67 Scholarship of $1,000, the Sons of the American Legion Post 67 Scholarship of $750 and the Fort Memorial Hospital Foundation Hulstein Scholarship of $500 to attend UW Madison for Nursing.

    Carliann Hepp was awarded the Friends of the LD Fargo Library Scholarship of $1,500 and the LMEA Teaching Scholarship of $500 to attend Madison College for Elementary Education.

    Kevin Georgiles-Juul was awarded the Todd J. Yandre Memorial Scholarship of $1,500 to attend Madison College to become a Firefighter.

    Michaela Kennedy was awarded the UW-Madison Lumen Scholarship of $2,000, a UW-Madison Wisconsin Grant of $1,000, the Fort HealthCare Health Careers Scholarship of $1,500, the Bank of Lake Mills Committed to Community Scholarship of $1,000, the Fort Memorial Hospital Foundation Hulstein Scholarship of $1,000, the Lake Mills Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,000 and the Red Cross Scholarship of $750 to attend UW Madison for Nursing.

    Ava Kleinfeldt was awarded a full-ride Athletic Scholarship from the University of St. Thomas covering tuition, room and board for three years, in addition to an academic Merit Scholarship from the University of St. Thomas of $33,000, an Academic Excellence Scholarship of $9,000 and the Handeyside Fort Memorial Hospital Medical Staff Scholarship of $2,000 to attend the University of St. Thomas for Neuroscience.

    Olivia Klubertanz was awarded the Scott A. Ferguson Scholarship of $25,000 and a UW-La Crosse Merit Scholarship of $2,000 to attend UW La Crosse for Clinical Laboratory Science.

    Katelyn Krull was awarded the Lake Mills Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,000 to attend Iowa State University for Marketing.

    Emma Kulow was awarded the Warren C. Krueger Technical College Scholarship of $2,500 to attend Blackhawk Technical College for Dental Hygiene.

    Lucas Lambert was awarded the American Legion Post 67 Scholarship of $1,000 to attend UW-Madison.

    Yiannis Logothetis was awarded the Kasten Family Agriculture Scholarship of $2,500, the William Klecker Scholarship of $2,000 and the Matt Hahn Memorial Scholarship of $250 to attend WyoTech for Diesel Mechanics.

    Cooper Murphy was awarded the Technical Excellence Scholarship of $6,750, the Richard W. Tarnutzer Memorial Scholarship of $750 and the Lyle and Becky Wallace Student of the Year award of $400, to attend Madison College for Electrical Construction.

    Kenadee Orcutt was awarded the Winona State University Foundation Merit Scholarship of $4,000 per year, the Roland "Doc" Liebenow Memorial Scholarship of $1,500, the ALCHA Scholarship of $1,500, the Tyranena Ladies Club Scholarship of $1,000, the Lake Mills Rotary Scholarship of $1,000 and the Sons of the American Legion Post 67 Scholarship of $750 to attend Winona State University for Nursing.

    Josie Purisch was awarded the Greenwoods Bank Scholarship of $1,000 to attend UW-Madison for Journalism.

    Addison Roberts was awarded the Carol F. "Bugs" Sanft Memorial Scholarship of $800 and the Jefferson County Deputy Sheriff's Association Scholarship of $500 to attend UW-Madison for Psychology.

    Ian Saylor was awarded the Richard E. and Jearnice A. Devor Scholarship of $5,000 and the Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,000 to attend Columbia University for Computer Science.

    Sophia Skudlarczyk was awarded the Arts Alliance of Greater Lake Mills Scholarship of $2,000 and the Rachel Maasch Scholarship of $100 to attend UW-Milwaukee for Musical Theater.

    Matthew Stenbroten was awarded the Dick Soper Award to attend North Dakota State University for Business.

    Mackenzie Syvrud was awarded the Francis F. Carnes Scholarship of $3,000, the Tyranena Ladies Club Scholarship of $1,000, the Farmers and Merchants Community Service Scholarship of $750, the Heinrich Scholarship of $500 and the Vera Bohnsack Scholarship of $100, to attend Luther College for Religion.

    Montana Walker was awarded the Buckys Pell Pathway Award of $30,000 per year to attend UW-Madison.

    Sydney Welch was awarded the E. Jeffery Netzow Memorial Scholarship of $1,000 and the Lake Mills Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,000 to attend the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for Marketing and Graphic Design.

    Wyatt Werner was awarded the Scott A. Ferguson Scholarship of $25,000 to attend UW-Platteville for Electrical Engineering.

    Trey Wildes was awarded the Hayes Family Scholarship of $4,000 and the Engsberg Family Scholarship of $1,000 to attend Madison College for Construction Management.

    Emily Wollin was awarded the FFA Alumni Scholarship of $1,000, the Shannon Collier Memorial Scholarship of $800 and the Lake Mills Moravian Church Scholarship to attend UW-Platteville for Elementary Education.

    Taylor Wollin was awarded the Edgewood Trustee's Scholarship of $22,000, the FFA Alumni Scholarship of $1,000, the Clinton B. Setz Memorial Scholarship of $1,000, the Farm Bureau Scholarship of $750 and the Lake Mills Moravian Church Scholarship to attend Edgewood College for Sports Management.

    Ava Vesperman was awarded the Lake Mills Rotary Club Scholarship of $1,500 and the Ooh La La Award honoring Tracy Neupert Morse of $500 to attend Madison College for Dietetics.

    Morgan Zastrow was awarded the FFA Alumni Scholarship of $1,000, the Fort Memorial Hospital Foundation Hulstein Scholarship of $1,000 and the Sons of the American Legion Post 67 Scholarship of $750 to attend UW-La Crosse for Radiologic Science.
