    Shumlin did more damage to the people of Vt than any governor in history. The circ is still needed and has cost millions in wasted fuel and time. Then Shumlin killed Vt Yankee, the only source for dependable, inexpensive electricity. Then he was heavily involved in the multi million dollar scam in Newport. Go back, undo the damage and hold Shumlin accountable.
