There is going to be trash all over the parks and it the streets if they don’t have room in the totes people are still going to put it out and Casella will not pick it up unless it’s in a tote.

Who is paying for the totes for everyone since they said it was free. And I am not going out of my way to bring my trash to the dump if we’re paying over $5 million for trash pick up I don’t think so
