It's only been going on like this for the better part of a decade. What took the media so long? They act like this is something that just happened. The bum explosion has gotten so bad thar there's no place in California that hasn't been touched by it. This is the 3rd straight mayor that has said the same garbage that the previous 2 have said. More programs and more money. It's just another waste of resources and everyone's time. Without enforcement of existing laws and forced detainment. Nothing will ever change except another democrat will cone along in 4 years and say the same crap.
