The PROBLEM is people like the NAACP guy in the article that said "voting demands respect. Why would someone want to campaign here if you don't vote" Like wtf in the ass backwards response is that... I'll be the first to say, FOH! THE PEOPLE DEMAND RESPECT! POLITICIANS ARE SUPPOSED TO GO OUT AND "CAMPAIGN" TO GET TH FUCKING VOTES! What kind of response was that??? You don't tell voters they Need to respect politicians who WON'T want to campaign In an area because THEY don't want to do the work to get people to vote for them!!! That was the stupidest shit I've seen in a while. Like, the government and politicians need to respect the people of Gary, not th other way around.
