    So the politicians can waste the money just like all other gas tax money on things that don't benefit the motor vehicle drivers who pay the fuel taxes, but benefit those who do not pay fuel taxes, mass transit, bicycles, pedestrians, should be funded by other taxes, not those paid by motor vehicle users.
