The Chicago White Sox have officially activated rookie infielder Bryan Ramos from the 10-day injured list this Saturday, marking a promising return for one of the team's most highly anticipated talents. Ramos, sidelined with a strained left quadriceps since May 17, is back in the bigs after a successful rehab assignment with Triple-A Charlotte.

Ramos's activation comes at a crucial time for the White Sox, as the team looks to bolster their lineup with the young star’s promising bat and solid defense. Having shown considerable potential during his stint with the team prior to the injury, Ramos hit an impressive .281 with two RBIs over his first 10 major league games following his call-up from Double-A Birmingham earlier in May.

During his rehab stint at Triple-A Charlotte, Ramos demonstrated that he's ready to jump back into major league action, going 2-for-4 with two walks and a run scored across two rehab games. This performance evidently reassured the White Sox brass about his readiness, leading to the activation and the corresponding optioning of outfielder Zach DeLoach back to Charlotte.
