I work in wastewater and water operations. I saw a contracted company spraying round up all along the Alamo raw water canal 4 weeks ago by our water treatment plant on the dirt along the canal. I stop and ask the guy I the truck do you know roundup is very toxic and stays in the environment ? He seemed dumbfounded and gave no answer I took photo of the truck. the IID and County need to address this .

I would have outside source have a thorough environmental study on tgr impact on water, soil ,air and disposal of by products from lithium extraction. it takes too much water 100,000 gallons per ton or less to extract lithium. the water table gets contaminated, air and environment. Electric are a bust and not selling. we need fossil fuel and steam power generators which are cleaner.
