So god damn horrible. I was in those apartments a few weeks ago and there was trash in the lobby by the elevators. There’s no carpet it’s so disgusting it’s literally worn out and dirty. It smells in there and the elevators are missing buttons too. That whole place is a total shit hole

The complex has been substandard for many years. Slum Lords only care about the $$!! City of Oakley needs to do better for the tenants.
