Show the County Council resolution turned ordinance that states the one cent tax was earmarked for recreation. As stated by the writer, it was only on a list of potential projects. Voters voted for the tax, not the ultimate use. Rec Now and HCCAR want just one result. Theirs. And this proves if you pound a desk loud and long enough, you can bully people to give you what you want.
