Happy to hear that NP celebrated this special day in honor of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice! Today was about those who served and never came back home. Grateful for the freedoms we have today because of them. Memorial Day has always been "bittersweet" for me. Having served our military I know what it is like. Being deployed and not knowing where you are going. Whether or not you will come back home. Today was about those who gave their all for the freedoms we enjoy today. As a home health nurse I chose to work this 3 day weekend. Bittersweet. Happy I was able to give the care to those in need.
