RC3, Boys and Girls Club to host free youth rally

DAYTON — RC3 and the Rhea County Boys and Girls Club are hosting a joint free youth rally open to all Rhea County school-aged children and teenager on Sunday, June 9, in the area near Gabbert Field in downtown Dayton near Fourth Avenue. The event will be held from 1 to 6 p.m.

“This event will be hosted by Monkeytown Inflatables and Destin to Chill,” Rhea County Boys and Girls Club Unit Director Nicki Bentley said. “The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Ocoee Region-Rhea Unit and RC3 will also be participating with our boards, volunteers and children.” The event will have approximately eight inflatables, Bentley said, and Destin to Chill will also be on location providing ice cream to the students as well. She said that RC3 and the Boys and Girls Clubs will be onsite providing music and bottled water as well as some small games to occupy the parents.
