MeTV Toons, the new channel from MeTV parent company Weigel Broadcasting Co., has unveiled its programming schedule ahead of its Tuesday, June 25 launch date.
The only TV network destination dedicated exclusively to classic animation, MeTV Toons will be available on over-the-air broadcast television as well as ad-supporting streaming services, and air beloved Warner Bros. Discovery fare such as Looney Tunes , Scooby-Doo , Tom & Jerry , The Flintstones , The Jetsons, Yogi Bear, Popeye and more, along with Rocky and Bullwinkle , Woody Woodpecker , Casper , Betty Boop , Speed Racer and others.
The initial launch schedule can be seen above and in even greater detail below; future schedules will feature even more classic animation favorites. Among the 24-hour slate that uncorks such deep pulls as Wait Till Your Father Gets Home and Police Academy: The Animated Series , the daily line-up includes:
Cartoon All-Stars * The all-star lineup of cartoons features Woody Woodpecker, Popeye, Mr. Magoo, Tom & Jerry, Droopy and Casper and others, together in a programming block airing for an hour Monday-Saturday at 1 pm ET/PT, plus another hour airing Monday thru Saturday at 10 pm ET/PT.
* The primetime Sunday lineup of cartoons features the network’s best-loved cartoons from across the schedule, plus surprises from Warner Bros. Discovery, MGM, Columbia, Fleischer, Walter Lantz, Universal and other studios, airing for three hours starting at 8/7c.
Flintstones Family Sunday * Airing 1 to 3 pm ET, this block will aim to Bedrock your world with “very special and rarely seen ‘Flintstones Family Sunday’ movies and series” starring Fred, Wilma, Barney, Betty, Dino, Pebbles and Bam Bam. For starters, Jetsons Meet the Flintstones airs Sunday, June 30, followed by Man Called Flintstone on Sunday, July 7.
Scooby Doo! Sunday Specials Every Sunday afternoon from 3 to 5 pm ET, the Scooby gang goes in search of more mysteries, more snacks and more fun — kicking off Sunday, June 30 with The New Scooby Doo Movies .
