Arisa Trew cemented herself in skateboarding history on May 29th, 2024, becoming the first woman to land a 900. The clip has since spread like wildfire, with every one from Tony Hawk himself sharing it alongside countless fans and supporters all the same.

Call me crazy, but her landing looks super reminiscent of The Birdman's make, right? At any rate, this is clearly no small feat. Check the make below. She almost made it look too easy. Congrats, Arisa!

"Glass ceilings are so 2023," Tony Hawk writes in his caption. He also used it as an opportunity to remind us all that vert skating still isn't in the Olympics. Not "yet" at least.

It's been 25 years since Tony showed the world that a 900 was in fact physically possible at the Summer X Games in 1999, and since then, it's become arguably the most famous (or, at the very least, referenced ) trick to ever go down. Many have tried, and many have failed. But Arisa has officially earned a spot on that notorious list.

There's no shortage of talent out there these days and these up-and-comers are as hungry and eager to progress as ever. Congrats again to Arisa for making history. We can't wait to see what other tricks she has hiding in her bag.
