The DCSO says the male, whose age was not disclosed, was kidnapped in another jurisdiction and was able to escape while passing through the area.

“We are asking for the public’s assistance in watching for a blue or green older model mini van with Oklahoma plates. The vehicle is occupied by a white male about 5’6 tall, bald, with a long brown beard and tattoos on his chest,” said the DCSO. “The second subject is a black male 5’10” tall, chubby, with a mustache, goatee and face tattoos.”

The suspected men are considered armed and dangerous. The DCSO says not to approach them but to call 911 with as much detail as possible while keeping a safe distance.

    An investigation is ongoing.
