According to The Sun, Ingraham did come close to marriage, when she got engaged to James V Reyes in April 2005. However, she did not go ahead with the wedding due to her breast cancer diagnosis and impending surgery.

Nonetheless, she has three beautiful kids, Maria Caroline Ingraham, Nikolai Peter Ingraham, and Michael Dmitri Ingraham, all of whom she adopted.
