As per a Wall Street Journal report, the wellness enthusiast is putting up her 8,000-square-foot residence in Los Angeles for sale at $29.99 million.

The listing agent revealed that she’s putting up the nearly $30 million house for sale to downsize, given that her kids are growing up. Paltrow bought the house, which was built in 1950, for approximately $10 million in 2012. The luxurious house features a one-bedroom guesthouse added to the estate, which includes a wine cellar, gym, home theater, office, and game room.
