    Project description: The new Spartanburg District 5 elementary school broke ground in 2022. The 119,00-square-foot, one-story school is designed to accommodate 900 students to help alleviate the unprecedented growth in the area. The modern, efficient and environmentally responsible design evolved from its rich agricultural context while simultaneously embracing the rise of manufacturing along the Interstate 85 corridor through form, material and program.

    Project description: This project is a three-story, approximately 137,366-square-foot academic classroom building and will include state-of-the-art science laboratories and classrooms, an OB ultrasound clinic, faculty offices, a multi-purpose room/event space, student engagement areas, a student cafe, Anatomage tables for virtual learning, and more.

New casework, flooring, doors, frames and hardware are being installed.

Architectural features to be added include new walls, ceilings, lighting, flooring, casework, window shades and painting. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are being installed, along with fire protection.
