ONE MARKET
This iconic restaurant at the foot of Market Street with Chef Mark Dommen at the helm has the Pride flag flying all year round but this June there are some special items on the One Market menu.
- Harvey Milkshake: Inspired by the late great Harvey Milk.
- Rainbow Latke: As good and as lucious a latke you will ever devour with salmon lox & avocado & salmon roe on top.
One Market is open Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and Monday through Friday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for dinner.
CANELA
For 15 years, Chef Mat Schuster has been cooking creative, Spanish inspired, Pride filled dishes at Canela . This hot Castro spot celebrates Pride daily, but this month enjoy a few Pride drink specials.

THE MADRIGAL
The Madrigal is open Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to midnight. There are three unique cocktails on the menu inspired by the "beacon of light" installation, with one even featuring a pink glowing ice cube to symbolize the Pink Triangle. My favorite, and I may be biased, is the Mayclem’s Whey. It has light rum, Zacapa 23, orange, pineapple, coriander, cinnamon, green tea and milk whey. It’s as illuminating and yummy as it sounds. Thank you, Suzanne and team Madrigal! I am honored and humbled by this cocktail on The Madrigal menu.
ALORA
Alora is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This newly opened coastal Mediterranean restaurant on the Embarcadero, will be offering a specialty cocktail and dessert for Pride.
- Rosé All Day - Diega Gin from Mexico infused with rose petals, lavender, strawberry, clarified strawberry liqueur, Crème de Mûre, citrus and Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- PRIDE dessert - Farmers Market berries, elderflower zabaglione, lemon cookie
HUMPHRY SLOCOMBE
Head to the San Francisco Ferry Building for more stops on the Pride Food Crawl - especially Humphry Slocombe , open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Order the Make it Gay Sundae. You have to see it and devour it to get it.
