Bijou Phillips, 44, has been 'dating' Alessandra Ambrosio's ex-fiance Jamie Mazur for the 'last two months'... following Danny Masterson divorce and his 30-year prison sentence

Bijou Phillips has moved on with her love life and for the 'last two months,' has been 'dating' Jamie Mazur - nine months after filing for divorce from Danny Masterson following his prison sentence.

The Almost Famous actress, 44 - who recently enjoyed a lavish girls trip with BFF Nicky Hilton - is 'very affectionate all the time' with the entrepreneur, 43, a source told Us Weekly in an article published on Saturday.

Phillips was married to the That '70s Show actor from 2011 until she filed for divorce in September 2023 after he was sentenced 30 years to life in prison upon being found guilty of raping two women between 2001 and 2003.

'Jamie is a great guy and has been there for her through this difficult time,' the insider continued in regards to the pair's budding romance.

Mazur was previously engaged to supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio until their split in 2018. The former couple share two children: Anja, 15, and Noah, 12.

Bijou and Danny began dating in 2004 and five years later, became engaged. The two tied the knot during a romantic ceremony at a castle in Ireland in 2011 and welcomed their daughter, Fianna, 10, in 2014.

However, after 12 years of marriage, the Raising Hope actress filed for divorce from Masterson - the same month as his prison sentence.

She cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the separation while claiming they had been living apart for five years. Her ex-husband has since agreed for Bijou to have full custody of Fianna.

'Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time,' her lawyer, Peter A. Lauzon, told TMZ at the time.

'Her priority remains with her daughter. This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family.

'Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter,' Lauzon continued.

Shortly before his guilty verdict, the mother-of-one penned a letter to the judge and labeled the actor as a 'life-saving partner' as well as 'an amazing father' to their daughter.

She also added that 'Danny has always been against drugs and helped so many friends and colleagues get sober...'

In conclusion, Phillips wrote, 'We need him more than you can imagine. I know he has been convicted of serious crimes. But the man I married has only been an extraordinary husband to me and a devoted father to our daughter.'

Danny is currently serving his prison sentence at the California Men's Colony located in central California.

He was moved to the medium security California Men's Colony earlier this year in February after initially serving time at the maximum-security Corcoran State Prison - where Charles Manson had also notably served his own sentence.

And in March, both Bijou and her daughter visited Masterson at the prison on his 48th birthday.

A source had previously told DailyMail.com that Phillips had found Danny serving time in a maximum-security prison that had also housed Charles Manson 'very triggering' and 'stirred up past emotions that she is still trying to deal with.'

'She has been able to go out and also vacation which has been a stress relief to get back to a somewhat normal life, but it still hurts her inside that her life is forever changed.'

'It is going to get better but also it will take forever to heal from it all. She has had a very stressful life dealing with this and what her father has been accused of,' the insider added.

'It has been an emotional toll that has taken her to places of extreme stress and heartache. That is going to continue for a long time.'

However, following Masterson's sentence, Bijou has since sparked up a new romance with Jamie Mazur - although it is unknown how the new couple first met.

She has also been keeping busy and enjoyed a luxurious girls trip last month in May to London and France with close friend, Nicky Hilton Rothschild and fashion designer Rebecca Vallance-Gasan.

The sister of Paris Hilton took to her own Instagram account to share special moments from the getaway.

In one image, both Bijou and Nicky posed in front of an iconic, red telephone booth while exploring the city.

Another snap showed the actress donning a pink and white-striped minidress as she sipped on a refreshing drink by the sandy shore.

And while in France for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, Phillips glammed up while attending the Kilian Paris Sunkissed Goddess Party.

She wowed in an eye-catching, gold dress that shone under the bright lights as she stopped for a few photos upon arriving to the glitzy event.

Bijou also attended the Le Comte De Monte-Carlo red carpet event amidst the star-studded festival.
