Kristen Doute Weight-Shamed by Ex-Boyfriend at Jax Taylor’s Bar

The Valley star Jax Taylor is currently on Kristen Doute’s sh*t list. So what else is new?

Even though they’ve had their ups and downs over the years, Kristen said she and Jax were in a good place, despite his separation from her close friend Brittany Cartwright . But Kristen felt attacked when her ex-boyfriend Alex Menache showed up at a birthday party in May for Ariana Madix’s brother Jeremy Madix .

During the party at Jax’s Studio City, she wanted Jax to remove her ex from the building, but “nothing happened.” That’s when she made the smart decision to just leave.

Kristen removes herself from an ugly situation

On the June 6 episode of The Viall Files podcast, Kristen told Nick Viall that her problems with Jax started when he invited Alex to a “guy’s night” in Season 1, Episode 2 of The Valley. Then when she was invited to Jeremy’s birthday celebration, Kristen claimed her ex invited himself to the event. Even though Jeremy offered to ban him from the party, Kristen didn’t think it was necessary.

“I was like, ‘No, it’s fine.’ Let’s just go at different times,” she said.

But when she got to the party, Alex started belittling her and making comments about her weight. “He started shouting some really gnarly, sh*tty things at me,” she recalled. “‘Looks like the Ozempic didn’t work, bitch.’ Stuff like that.”

Rather than getting into a messy screaming match and disrupting Jeremy’s birthday, Kristen decided to leave. “I left,” said the James Mae founder. “[I] sent Jax some texts after, like, ‘I’m so beyond disappointed. Like, I need a break from you.’ Whatever.”

Kristen said that Jax responded to her by saying that he was “going through so much right now.” That’s still no excuse for not standing up for your friend in your own place of business.

And to top it off, the Vanderpump Rules alum added that Jax still hasn’t apologized to her for putting her in that situation. I wouldn’t hold my breath.
