TCCS: School District updates registration process for 2024-2025 school year

TROUP COUNTY, Ga. ( WRBL ) – The Troup County School System (TCSS) has updated the registration process for new and returning students enrolling for the upcoming school year.

The school system will now require starting on June 17 parents or guardians of new students registering their child with TCSS to fill out an application with the school the child will attend. Registration documents are available under the PreK-12 Registration tab on the TCSS webpage.

TCSS says that parents/ guardians of students who will attend multiple schools can fill out the online registration application at one school or from home. Registration times for each school can be found on the school system website. During the summer all schools are open from Monday to Thursday. Zoning information for schools can also be found on the TCSS website.

Parents and guardians of returning students can complete online registration through the Infinite Campus parent portal. If a student will attend the same school as last year, the parent/ guardian must select the “EXISTING” student registration option.

While registering your child for the upcoming school year, the school system said it’s the perfect time to update student/household information such as phone numbers, emails, and emergency contacts.
