CHARLESTON, WV (WVNS) — In observance of the Juneteenth holiday, post offices will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

Mail will not be delivered to street or Post Office Box addresses this day. Priority Mail Express is the only mail that will be delivered. Anyone that needs to use postal services can do so with the Self-Service Kiosk (SSK) available at select post offices.

These kiosks can handle 80 percent of transactions that are normally done at the retail counters, which include buying stamps or shipping a package. Debit and credit cards are only accepted.

To find SSK locations or check hours of operation, customers can go to www.usps.com .
