Due to being in Code Red and overcapacity, the Fayette County Humane Society will hold $1 adoptions on Saturday, June 15, 2024 starting at 10:00 a.m.

The Fayette County Humane Society stated that as of Wednesday, June 12, 2024, 45 adoptions will be sponsored meaning that adopters will not have to pay to bring home a new four-legged friend. Flea and tick prevention, a spay and neuter voucher, vaccines, and dewormer are included in the adoptions.
