The tricky phishing email came from Boxxe, a tech solution company.

Their team of cybersecurity experts put their heads together to create the puzzle.

With email scams on the rise, spotting red flags is essential.

Phishing can cause people to lose their personal information to cyber criminals.

    YOU'VE GOT MAIL

At first glance, the email looks like any other, but a deeper dive shows the danger.

Phishing is a type of scam where a cyber criminal sends a misleading message with intent to steal personal information.

Some ways to spot them are by paying attention to spelling errors.

It's also essential to be certain of any links before clicking on them.

Email addresses can be easily spoofed, but this particular one has a clear misspelling.

Checking the time when a message was sent is also essential, as phishing scams are often sent outside of normal business hours.

People should also be wary of clicking on any unrecognizable attached files.

If you're still having trouble finding the signs of a shady email, look at the greeting, the link, the email address, a misspelling in the body of the email, the time it was sent, and the attachment.

    What is phishing?

Here's what you need to know...

    • Phishing is a type of online fraud
    • It’s typically an attempt to nab some of your data
    • Phishing generally involves scammers posing as a trustworthy entity
    • For instance, fraudsters could send you an email claiming to be your bank, asking for details
    • Scammers can also set up fake websites that look like real ones, simply to hoodwink you
    • Phishing can take place over email, social media, texts, phone calls and more
    • The best defence against phishing is to be generally sceptical of weblinks and emails, especially if they were unsolicited

    APPLE, LIKE THE FRUIT

For those who need an apple as a snack instead of an Apple as a computer, we've got you covered.

Hidden among dozens of tomatoes are three nutritious apples.

Artist Gergely Dudas created the optical illusion for puzzle-lovers to find the fruit.

The array of smiling tomatoes could easily be mistaken for apples.

In the cartoon artwork, some of the fruits are grinning, with one even sticking its tongue out.

Another appears to be having a laugh.

Spotting the three apples in under 20 seconds is an especially impressive feat.

If you're still having trouble locating them, one is on the upper right corner.

Another apple can be found at the bottom middle of the picture.

The final apple can be found on the bottom left corner of the artwork.
