Maine Coon cats will have even the fiercest anti-cat people dropping their jaws. Regular house cats are adorable and amazing, but when you take them and make them the size of a young toddler, there's just something unbeatable about them.

On Thursday, June 13th, one girl took to TikTok to show off one of her Maine Coons and his incredible size. At just 17 months old, he's bigger than other breeds could only dream of being, and he's only getting bigger from here:

Wild Mane Maine Coons is a breeder of these insane cats, and just looking at this guy, you can tell that those are some huge babies. Breeders always amaze me a little bit; how are you keeping all these animals in your home, especially when they're this big?!

Wild Mane Maine Coons is a legitimate TICA registered breeder based in California. For anyone unfamiliar, that means that all of her cats are registered with The International Cat Association , who only recognizes breeders they deem to be doing things ethically and in a genetically sound way. Anyone with a purebred cat can register with TICA, but you have to be able to prove they qualify, which is typically by going through a TICA registered breeder.

This cat's name is Cobra, and one look at him is enough to make anyone go crazy. He's so perfect and big he literally looks like a cartoon cat. He is not available for adoption, and at 17 months, he's ready to begin breeding himself if that's the goal; most veterinarians recommend that both cats are at least 1.5 years old before their first pairing, though many breeders prefer to wait until they're full-grown.

When Are Maine Coon Cats Considered Full-Grown?

At 17 months and already huge, it's hard to imagine Cobra growing anymore, but he still has a lot of growing to do!

Maine Coon cats don't technically reach full-grown until an average of 4 years old, though it may take as many as 5 years for some cats. They'll maintain most of their youthful velociraptor-like qualities until then, when they may chill out a little, but you should not hold your breath. Maine Coons are remarkably youthful for most of their lives.

Sexual maturity for a Maine Coon occurs sooner than their full-grown maturity does: they typically reach sexual maturity by about 1 year old, sometimes a little sooner. If you're letting a Maine Coon breed, she should have gone into heat at least 3 times before you allow it. Any sooner and you could have complications on your hands!

Cobra is not concerned with much of anything right now other than being huge and having an appetite to match. In other videos, his mom has joked that he's the hungriest boy around!
